This shortcut involves following some simple eating and exercise routines to stay healthy. We know our bodies will not give us much feedback on the extent to which they are struggling to stay healthy. That is why we can not relax just because we feel “fine”.

We have the responsibility to make certain we improve our chances of staying healthy by remaining alert to studying the best life style that reduces our body’s workload.

A huge area involves eating. For each meal you want to eat approximately 25-30% of your calories in lean protein, 40-50% low glycemic carbohydrates and 25-30% good fats. The food categories include raw foods, nuts, fruits, vegetables, fish, buffalo, wild animals, chicken, poultry, avocado, walnuts, olive oil and some grains. It is recommended you add liberal amounts of a variety of different herbs and spices to the food in each meal to make every meal delicious. A few examples are garlic, turmeric, chefs shake. You can include three, four, five or more different herbs and spices at one time. Don not limit yourself to just one herb per meal.

We can steam vegetables, eat some raw and the grains will always have been cooked whether you eat them as you buy them or cook them more.

Canned salmon and canned sardines are an easy great addition to your protein to stay healthy.

Oatmeal comes to mind as a great grain that should be cooked for 5+ minutes rather than the one minute instant oatmeal.   Keep in mind that cooking food always destroys all its enzymes and reduces the vitamins and nutrients according to the intensity of the cooking. A great intention is to eat about 1/3 of your calories raw.
