One Of The Biggest Health Myths Ever is that being in great shape always means you are also healthy. You may be in great shape and yet be nutritionally deficient with an inferior cardiovascular system or other hidden health weaknesses that have not yet surfaced!
Our bodies are brilliant at hiding health problems from us until the problems are extremely advanced.
Also fat takes up to 3 times as much space as muscle. A 140 lb muscular womem that is healthy will look better (appears smaller) than a 120 pound women (appears larger) who is not healthy and has mostly fat and little muscle. One pound of muscle burns about 25 times more calories than one pound of fat!
Each pound of fat burns about 2 calories a day!
